As some of you may recall, I have been feeding Bisi and Beau freshpet Vital for several months now.  They not solely been on feshpet, but mostly on freshpet.  It's a nice price for the bag and easy to feed them.  Now I'm thinking I need to add something to their diet because...Both Bisi and Beau were checked out recently by Beau's breeder, and she mentioned to me that Bisi's coat is breaking.  I was wondering if anyone would have an idea about which vitamin or nutrient she is not getting enough of in the food?

Beau did not have the same problem with his coat that Bisi is displaying though.  Undecided  And her coat is shorter and finer than his.

The fact that her coat is finer would explain it showing 1st for Bisi. Usually dry coat is lack of oils, fish, flax, evening of primrose etc. Sometimes not enough Vit E can also cause dryness. You could add fish oil or just add some salmon or sardines to their diet if they can eat them. If they won't or can't, you could try snipping an eve primrose capsule or a Vit E capsule & putting a few drops on top of their food.

When Bella came home from the vet yesterday, I detatched the carrier portion of the stroller and carried it up the stairs.  When I got her settled and fed, this is what I found.

Your babies are looking great, Merrihart! I'm glad to see there's even a "people" chaise in there in addition to all the kitty chaises, lol!

My little babies, you'll always be in my heart. Mom will see you later. Look after each other, ok?

It has finally happened.  With the new tax increases I will have to shut my home internet off.  I will still be popping on at work, and hopefully remember to take my pictures with me, but I won't be able to communicate from home any longer.  Sad

I will miss being on in the evening.

Fizzy1 -- I don't think she was making a political statement -- just a statement of fact.  She wasn't blaming anyone in particular.  It is what it is.

Well, life is what it is, and I'm going to be short Sad  But my kitties will be fine and since I still have internet today, here's some recent pics with the new camera.

Bisi:

Bella:

Beau:

I took some advice from a couple of you and another cat lady friend and got a shower curtain.  After some trial and error, I managed to convince Beau not to pee on it, and Bisi has figured out how to get what she wants:

I noticed she squinted in the pic with the flash, so I turned it off, and got that great pic of her.  As a bonus, Bella has finally discovered the pink bed.

Bella looks very cozy in her bed. And Bisi is looking so elegant, sitting on the box like it is her throne! Beau just looks kind of wild and silly.  Cheesy kjjjjjjjjjjjjjj  (Phantom must want to talk to your cats because she added that last bit.)

I hope maybe there will be an affordable ISP option out there for you, if you check around.

Who is that peeping around the corner in the first picture with Bisi?  Cute!

Bella looks good like she's gained some weight, yay.  I love how Bisi got herself tucked into bed there.  Smiley
