yes you can be born with STI's as they are called now:P if your parents have it.. you have it... i think its time you had a talk with you parents lol have fun with that convo. But more than likely u have an infection like another guy said, make sure your buddy regularily no one likes a filthy dick:P and in time it should go away... if it starts swelling and goo-ing a doctor is your best idea (think of that and try to go to bed tonight lol)
