CCAA Selects College Sports Online
to Maintain Internet Web Site

July 29, 1999

WALNUT CREEK, Calif. -- The California Collegiate Athletic Association, one of the nation's most successful NCAA Division II athletic conferences, has selected Virginia-based College Sports Online, Inc. to handle the daily maintenance of its internet World Wide Web site.

The site, which CSOL developed, launched last April and was maintained internally by the CCAA staff prior to the current agreement. Site features include up-to-date scores, standings, statistics and schedules for all 13 CCAA sports, as well as member institution and other league information.

"College Sports Online's expertise and attention to detail was invaluable in developing the site," said CCAA Director of Media Relations Joe Lang.

"We are very pleased College Sports Online will continue to enhance the CCAA image by taking our Web site to the next level."

The CCAA is entering its 61st season as an intercollegiate athletics conference and has won a national-best 132 NCAA Division II Championships all-time. Members include Cal Poly Pomona, Cal State Bakersfield, Cal State Dominguez Hills, Cal State L.A., Cal State, San Bernardino, Cal State Stanislaus, Chico State, UC Davis, UC Riverside, Grand Canyon, San Francisco State, Sonoma State and UC San Diego (begins competing in Fall 2000).
