WALNUT CREEK, Calif. -- CAL STATE DOMINGUEZ HILLS forward April Colen has been named California Collegiate Athletic Association Women's Soccer Player of the Week for the week of October 25-31.

Colen, a 5-6 senior from Palos Verdes, Calif., propelled the No. 17 Toros to a 2-0 week with three goals and an assist. She tallied a goal and an assist in CSUDH's 4-0 win at Grand Canyon, then scored both goals in a regular season-ending 2-0 win at No. 12 Cal Poly Pomona to extend the Toros' winning streak to 11 games. The win also gave the Toros a share of the CCAA South Division title.
