CAL STATE STANISLAUS' Marc Lawless managed the only score under par (-1) to lead all players of both the CCAA Championship and the NCAA District VIII Qualifiers, which is being held simultaneously. Lawless' teammate, Denny Kim, is currently 3rd after finishing at +2. Bakersfield's Steve Christophel and Travis Matye and UC DAVIS' Scott Cordon are tied for 4th at 3 over par

CSUB's Kevin Klebe is currently in 7th place at +4, two stokes ahead of defending CCAA Individual Champion John Davis of GRAND CANYON, UC SAN DIEGO'S Matt Howe and Durin Sullivan, and CHICO STATE's Garrett Dagg, all of which are tied for 8th at +6.
