The CCAA Web site has the following layout structure:

The CCAA Organizationis the area related to conference operations. Sub-tier pages include:

  • Overview - includes mailing address, phone and FAX numbers and a brief overview.
  • Staff - lists personnel whose have daily influence on CCAA activities.
  • History - provides the background of the conference from its origin.
  • Meeting schedule - gives conference-related events, along with dates, locations, and time.
  • Legislative information related to the goverance of the conference.

The CCAA Sports is a page that provides links to areas for each sponsored-sport. Within each sport area are one or more pages that contain:

  • Standings of teams.
  • Scores
  • Player recognition, i.e., players-of-the-week.
  • Statistics

The Championships is a page that has all sports with the champion of the sport, or when/how a champion will be determined.

The Members area provides "quick facts" about each of the 14 members and one associate member. Items appearing here include: addresses, contact information, school president, nicknames, school colors, key athletic department staff, sport head coaches, major facilities, and links to the school and athletic department Web sites.

The Media area includes the following items:

  • Links to Web sites of commercial newspapers that are published within the region served by the CCAA.
  • Links to member schools' student newspaper Web sites.
  • Press releases issued by the conference.

The Related WWW Sites page provides links to Web sites of organizations that have some relevance to conference activities. These can be oversight organizations, various coaches' associations, etc.
