09:32 am - The Update So its been a while since the pre update, even longer since ive actually updated. its weird how back in the day id have an entry every day, or every other day, but now its like soooooo the opposite. weird yes. Anywho i guess i'll start from the beginning.... I dont remember what i talked about in my last entry that wa a real entry, but i guess ill start from christmas wait, i just remembered=D So after christmas, was new years, and after new years was the inevitable truth, that my time in new hampshire was over, and that i must resume my military life back in quantico. What it also ment was that i now could call myself a college student. I started college a few weeks back on the tenth. My college, Strayer university, is a very unique college. it offers classes online, and in that sense it offers two types of online classes. Asynchronous and synchronous. I opted to take to classes this quarter, Intro to psychology, and intro to computer programming design. im 3 weeks into class im really enjoying it. i can sympathize with yall about how much lectures suck, cuz my psych class is a 4hr lecture, which i usually keep my self occupied in by either reading along or doing push ups or sit ups in my office (see psych is a sync class, meaning its my online class that i have at a designated time (mondays) and i sit through while listenning to my professor talk to all of us online) i really hate my computer class though because its all review for me, but i had to take it to take my other core classes so im just dealing. On another front, work is all right. we just had a fiscal audit (a thourough inspection of all our records for our 10 divisions to make sure were reconciling our records correctly) and it wasnt as bad as i thought. it actually went off w/o a hitch and i really learned alot. so yaaay me=) On the flip side, my boss(my captain) is again showing us just how unprofessional and stupid he is. I swear it gets worse everyday. My Corporal and i recently dubbed our office as a "military soap opera" which we feel is very accurate. It snowed here a few weeks ago too. It seems as if where yall up north got the full brunt of the storm, we got the tail end of it, about 5 - 6 inches, that somehow caused holy hell for the commuters in the DC area...god there are some dumb asses here. In light of the snow i found that my car, being as old as it is, is unsuitable for snowy travel, which now has prompted my new quest for a car. Im thinking of a 2005 nissan sentra, i might even get a 2004. whatever the case maybe be, the next time im in the north east yall will see Cirilo's new ride8) On a somewhat related note, ive been driving my friends xterra for the last few weeks on a count that when she thought about it, my friend sharon realized im not only the coolest one of us (my clique) but i can be trusted the most with driving it around in the inclement weather that has over taken this area. Also theres the fact that she got her license suspended for 3 months, but thats just a small factor in letting me drive her car around Today is January 29, and in two weeks or so i will have a new car. today is saturday, and i have to go do hw for my computer class. it is 930 in th AM, and im awake...god damn it=( meh, such is the life of rilo peace out everyone, try to stay warm in the north, and yeah latah Joshua Current Mood: hopeful Current Music: VA Rock Mix 3
