A Couple of Don'ts

Don't say that something took place "outside of" a town. The "of" is
almost never needed in this
instance. It is sufficient to say that the accident occurred "outside Castroville."
Don't write that an autopsy would be held "to determine the cause of
death" or "to determine the
exact cause of death." Since that's all an autopsy does, there is no need
to put in "to determine
the cause of death." You can just say that "an autopsy will be conducted."
