Southern Utah's Dani Lavigne and Holly Davis have been named the Mid-Con Women's Soccer Offensive and Defensive Players of the Week, respectively.
OFFENSIVE
Dani Lavigne, Southern Utah

Lavigne garners Offensive Player of the Week accolades after leading the Thunderbirds to a win over regular season co-champion Valparaiso and a berth in the Mid-Con Championship. The junior tallied the game-winner in the 36th minute to lead SUU to a 1-0 win and the #3 seed in the championship tourney set to being this weekend.

DEFENSIVE
Holly Davis, Southern Utah

Davis takes home Defensive Player of the Week honors after leading Southern Utah to a playoff berth after a 1-0 win over first-place Valparaiso. The sophomore stopped five Crusader shots to post her second straight league shutout. Davis is tied for the Mid-Con league with five shutouts and is the leader in goals against average (0.81).
