Six Mid-Con men's soccer players named to NSCAA All-Region teams

The National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) recently announced its Men's Soccer All-Region teams, and the Mid-Continent Conference had six players spread out among two regions.
Oral Roberts had a pair of honorees in Jorge Flor and Dave Leung, Oakland also had two selections in Jeff Wiese and Chris Edwards, IUPUI's Vangel Nacovski garnered third team honors and Western Illinois' Nowaf Jaman earned a second team accolades.
Flor earned first team honors in the All-Midwest Region after scoring nine goals and dishing out five assists.
Leung was an All-Midwest second team selection and was tied with Flor for the team lead in goals (9) and assists (5).
Jaman, who was also an All-Midwest second team honoree, helped Western to a second consecutive Mid-Continent Conference Championship and appearance in the NCAA Tournament this season. He finished the year as the team leader in goals (9), points (22), shots (50) and shots on goal (29).
Wiese is the 10th OU player to make the All-Region list at least three times after taking home second team All-Great Lakes accolades in 2005. The senior was 10-9-0 with a 1.44 goals against average and 82 saves.
Edwards makes an All-Great Lakes Region appearance for the second-straight year, this time as a third team choice. He led the team with eight goals and two assists.
Nacovski garnered All-Great Lakes third team honors after scoring seven goals and handing out five assists. He is a two-time All Mid-Con selection.
