Valparaiso falls to Marquette, awaits NCAA Tournament opponent on Sunday

Valparaiso came away with a split at the MU Battle for the Bird with a 3-0 loss to Marquette. The Crusaders will find out tomorrow at 2:30 their first-round opponent in the 2005 NCAA Tournament.

Marquette 3, Valparaiso 0 (30-25, 30-24, 30-27)
Valparaiso dropped its final match before the 2005 NCAA Tournament to Marquette, 3-0. Lauren Moulton led the way with 13 kills while Brittany Marks had a strong defensive match with 15 digs.
