2/17/2006 Centenary sweeps Jackson State; CSU, ORU and SUU post splits

Southern Utah's Jeff Oliverson Centenary continued its solid start to the 2006 campaign with a pair of wins over Jackson State Friday, 15-2 and 6-5. Southern Utah dropped the series opener against San Francisco, 9-2, but earned an 8-5 win in the nightcap. Oral Roberts started the day with a 5-1 win over Kansas State before falling to Texas-Arlington 7-5 in the afternoon. Chicago State opened its 2006 campaign with a doubleheader at Lipscomb.
