This seven-room, $2.6 million prewar co-op boasts 15 oversized windows and views of the Hudson and Riverside Park to "let the sun shine into all rooms with no interior views," according to the Halstead listing. That would be great if it would ever stop snowing.

Not that the inside of this fifth-floor apartment at 355 Riverside Drive is all that bad to look at, either. There is a hand-painted mural in the dining room, refinished floors, original wood cabinets in the kitchen, 10-foot ceilings, French doors and skim-coated walls. All that and it's just a short walk from Columbia and the brand-new 60,000-square-foot Whole Foods. What more could an Upper West Sider ask for?
