My most prized possession is my Laguiole Saber. It was a gift from Hugh Davies of Schramsberg Vineyards—my favorite sparkling wine producer, outside of Champagne. Schramsberg is a special place for my husband and I, and this gift represents a piece of time. Plus, it looks dangerous.
