What do you call a condo with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, 12 foot high ceilings, giant windows with skyline views, custom hand-lacquered doors, home office and library?

Perfection. Triple mint perfection to be exact.

Or at least that's the word Sotheby's is throwing around to describe this $6.8 million, 2,758 square foot Tribeca condo in The Hubert. While we might take issue with "perfection" the condo is gorgeous and has all the little touches you'd expect...

Former President Clinton comes out in support of same-sex marriage, a sign of how far into the mainstream the LGBT agenda has become.
