Where in the agreement you signed up to in order to post here did it say that ridiculous advertising was alright?

Actually, there's more to this, so I'm going to write to every gaming site I can think of and warn them.

If Immunity Studios have such a FLAGRANT DISREGARD for Ts&Cs; and EULAs and the suchlike, who's to say they won't just sell my Apple ID email address to spammers as soon as I download their game? Who's to say they've paid any attention to the Apple Developer Ts&Cs; with regard to quality and protecting information etc?

I'd steer well clear of this lot until we get some answers. I reckon we can get this on Kotaku.

Oh do be brief.

The terms and conditions (click on "PROFILE" at the top, then "terms and conditions" just below your email address etc) say you've done something wrong.

It doesn't say "no advertising, oh hang on, maybe some advertising, it's up to the mods." It says extremely clearly YOU AGREE NOT TO upload, post or otherwise display any Content for any commercial or business purpose including (without limitation) any Content which contains any advertising or promotional materials.

How much clearer would you like it? I suggest you show some honesty and delete your own post. Also, our community's quite capable of reaching out and finding out about games without turning this place into a horrible sea of shit adverts. Notice there aren't any others. Notice you're not really part of our community, so you're not really sharing, just foisting it on us as a nasty attempt to gain some downloads.
