UTC−05:00 is an identifier for a time offset from UTC of −05.
This offset is used in the Eastern Time Zone during standard time and in the Central Time Zone during Daylight Saving Time (DST).[1]
In Central America, this region is considered the Western Caribbean Time Zone.
