The user can use all powers, having an infinite mastery over all of them. The user is also granted the ability to use all their powers indefinitely, as they have an unlimited supply of energy.

None, however, proper use of this power requires Omniscience, as otherwise the being will not be able to handle the incomprehensible, immeasurable power they possess, and will become intoxicated by it, going mad. Using this power properly requires tremendous levels of self-control, and the power and ability to resist the temptations the power presents. A mortal user will most likely be under a Supreme Being.
