Ian Greenberg (born June 15, 1942) is a Canadian businessman and socialite. He is currently the President and CEO of Astral Media and has been since 1996.[3]
In 2001, he was named one of the most influential business personalities in Quebec by Revue Commerce.[4]

Ian Greenberg is a graduate of Harvard Business School's Advanced Management program[5].
Along with his three brothers, Harold Greenberg, Harvey Greenberg, and Sidney Greenberg, he founded Astral Media in 1961. Under his leadership, the company has evolved into a media company focusing on television, radio and out-of-home advertising. Astral now has over 2,800 employees in eight Canadian provinces.
Under Greenberg’s leadership, Astral has grown to operate 83 radio stations [6], 23 pay and specialty television channels and over 8,000 out-of-home advertising faces, the company also owns and operates 100 websites. Since he was appointed to the position of President and Chief Executive Officer, Astral Media has recorded 59 consecutive quarters of growth.[7]
He is very involved in his community and actively supports Canadian culture as well as a large number of charitable associations. He is currently a member of the Canadian Council of Chief Executives, as well as a governor of the Banff World Television Festival and the Sir Mortimer B. Davis Jewish General Hospital in Montreal.

Mr. Greenberg lives in Montreal with his wife Linda. They have three children and nine grandchildren.
