Minneapolis (April X, 2012) This May, CRAVE is rolling out the pink carpet.

In celebration of the 20th anniversary of Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, CRAVE presents the Pink Carpet Event on Friday, May 11 at CRAVE Minneapolis.

The downtown restaurant will close for the ticketed event.

Guests of the inaugural celebration will enjoy spectacular food, complimentary bar service, music, dancing, and a fashion presentation of custom pink looks created by top local designers and produced by Ignite Models.

"This event was created out of a passion to pursue a cure and provide a premier social engagement for those wanting to help join the fight," said Kam Talebi, owner and CEO of CRAVE.

"We hope the Pink Carpet Event becomes an annual tradition and fundraiser for the Minnesota affiliate. It's always been an honor to be part of race weekend and we're thrilled to expand on our involvement."

CRAVE and the Minnesota Affiliate for Susan G. Komen for the Cure add this signature event to the Race for the Cure weekend along with the CRAVE CARES Pre-Race Dinner, which provides an annual sanctuary and tradition for cancer survivors and their families.
