Accident Fund Insurance Company of America is a workers' compensation insurance company headquartered in Lansing, Michigan licensed to offer their services in 49 states plus the District of Columbia. The company is an operating unit of Accident Fund Holdings, the 10th largest writer of workers compensation insurance in the United States according to A.M. Best.

Accident Fund employs 675. The company is currently led by Michael K. Britt, president.

Accident Fund was founded as a state operation in 1912. It was purchased by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan in 1994.[1]

In April 2011 Accident Fund completed redevelopment of the Ottawa Street Power Station, an Art Deco landmark on the Grand River in downtown Lansing, Michigan, as its new corporate headquarters.[2]
