Flint Sabres

The Flint Sabres were a semi-pro football team in Flint, Michigan from 1974-1988. The Sabres were a part of the Super Football League and played their home games at Atwood Stadium. They had an overall record of 190-35-1, and won the SFL Championship in 1974, 1977, 1980, 1983, 1986, and 1988. They lost the 1976 Championship to the hometown rival Flint Wildcats.
