[edit] Route description

The entire length of M-188 is two lane road, which makes many turns due to the Grand River running along much of the road. The terminus of the highway is at the VFW National Home, which lies on the portion of M-188 along Waverly Rd on the Eaton County/Ingham County border.

[edit] History

M-188 was designated in 1932 to provide highway access to the VFW National Home from Eaton Rapids in southeast Eaton County.[1]
