A provincial park (or territorial park) is a park under the management of a provincial or territorial government in Canada.

While provincial parks are not the same as national parks, their workings are very similar. Parks frequently offer many services to visitors, often including bicycle, canoe, or kayak rentals, camping sites, and supervised beaches.

In Quebec, while essentially under the same administrative scheme, the equivalent parks are labelled "national parks", and are managed by Société des établissements de plein air du Québec.
