What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal for monthly subscription plans. One-year subscriptions can be paid via PayPal, which accepts most major credit cards. Contact us for more information.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. You pay month-to-month and can cancel or change your plan at any time.
When am I charged?
Plans are billed monthly from the date you begin your subscription.
Do you charge VAT?
Only for EU customers. We have to add a 21% VAT to all clients based in the EU without a valid VAT number and ALL clients based in Belgium.
Do I get an invoice?
Of course. Monthly invoices are available and printable by accessing your account.
Do you offer a Money Back Guarantee?
Yes. If you are dissatisfied with our service for any reason, you will receive a full refund as long as you cancel your account within two days (48 hours) of the activation of your plan. Simply send an email to support(at)woorank(dot)com with your account email address and we will refund your credit card.
