First trailer for The Incredible Burt Wonderstone: watch now

“Everyone loves a magician”

The first trailer has arrived for The Incredible Burt Wonderstone, the comedy in which Steve Carell and Steve Buscemi play a pair of fading Vegas magicians, and it really looks rather good.

Carell and Buscemi’s characters have been on the slide for a while, much to the chagrin of James Gandolfini’s casino boss, but the arrival on the scene of Jim Carrey’s flashy street magician appears to be the final nail in their coffin.

However, nobody buries Burt Wonderstone without a fight, and it isn’t long before he’s enlisting the help of ageing illusionist Alan Arkin to try and recapture the old…well, magic.

Take a look, below:

Boasting a tip-top ensemble cast, this one looks like it could be a genuine chuckle, with the insanely camp world of magic offering a rich vein of idiocy to be mined by Carell and co. The outfits alone look to be worth the price of admission.

Directed by Don Scardino and co-starring Olivia Wilde and Jay Mohr, The Incredible Burt Wonderstone will open in the US on 15 March 2013.

Looks a tad awful....... Glad jim Carreys in it though! It may make some money yet, feels like a cross between zoolander and blades of glory....... Ok so I liked both of them but still! XMX

Harmless comedy, i like it :). I will watch it, if only for Jim Carrey's hair.
