New trailer for A Good Day To Die Hard: watch now

“You know what I hate about Americans? Everything”

A Good Day To Die Hard has released a brand new trailer in which John McClane and son Jack unleash a family-sized can of hurt on a posse of Eurobaddies.

Plot details remain distinctly blurry, but what we can glean from this new trailer is that the bad guys are Russian, they hate Americans (naturally) and they’re looking to get their hands on a job-lot of uranium.

That’s pretty much it as far as the storytelling goes in this trailer, with the rest of the two minutes 30 dedicated to explosions, wisecracks and general mayhem.

Take a look, below…

While we were initially a little sceptical about this one, it does seem as though Bruce Willis and Jai Courtney share some decent chemistry as the father-son double act, with the latter’s deadpan delivery of “don’t encourage him” proving particularly amusing. Let’s just hope the storyline doesn’t let the side down.

Directed by John Moore and co-starring Amaury Nolasco, Cole Hauser and Sebastian Koch, A Good Day To Die Hard opens in the UK on 14 February 2013.

I sure hope its better than the last one!! It had too much stuff that was not believable and sold out with a pg13 rating. Fingers crossed!

I don't care what anyone says, I've loved all the Die Hards (with possible exception of the 2nd, which I wasn't overly keen on) and will be there for this one too. It looks like top fun! Die Hard has never been, or wanted to be, realistic... it's all about being a fun mix of action and black comedy. This looks like a riot.

i'm sure the filmakers are as committed to the storyline as they are to the other elements of the movie. When have we ever been let down by hollywood script writing before? this movie is bound to fulfill our best expectations, after all it is a fourth sequel to a hit movie made twenty five years ago. yipee kay ay etc

I love the Die Hard series too. What I don't like is when the producers started hiring interchangeable hack-for-hire directors like Len Wiseman and cater for PG-13 crowd, to the point where Mclane couldn't say his own catchphrase! I hope this one is made for grown ups. Doubt it.

To be fair to the Russians. Doesn't everyone hate Americans?

I liked Jai Courtney in Reacher.
