The latest thriller adapted from Headhunters author Jo Nesbø charts the inevitable fall-out when hapless Oscar (Kyrre Hellum) wins the pools with a trio of dodgy ex-cons.
Next thing he knows, Oscar is sole survivor/suspect of a strip-club massacre and the police have a lot of questions.
What follows is a black comedy staged as slapstick, where plot contrivances are piled as high as the bodies.
Magnus Martens’ direction keeps things watchable, and it confirms Nesbø as the joker in the Scandinavian crime pack.
