CIO Technology Team - Project Manager / BA - Associate/VP - London
The Chief Investment Office (CIO) is a global business and cross asset-class manager for the Company as a whole. Sitting within the Corporate Sector of JPMorgan Chase, CIO currently manages all of the Company's global structural interest rate and foreign exchange risk, as well as allocating the firm's capital across various market sectors including fixed income, foreign exchange, interest rate derivatives.
This position within the CIO EMEA technology team will report to the Senior Project Manager and will be responsible for working across a broad range of business initiatives. This is an end-to-end project delivery role working directly with the Front Office, Middle Office and Global technology team.
Key responsibilities
- Project manage projects from strategic to adhoc enhancements
- Analyse business requirements, develop necessary project documentation BRD, Use Cases, Test plans etc.
- Participate across entire project life cycle including planning, analysis, testing, training and implementation
- Monitor project status, escalate issues, prioritise with main stakeholders and manage communications
- Work closely with all groups within the business (FO, MO, MR, Finance and Technology)

Skill-set Requirements:
- Sound knowledge of Fixed Income (Cash and Derivatives) products and "Front to Back" processes and Infrastructure
- Knowledge of application of the best Project Management practices
- Analytical, strategic thinking and problem solving capabilities
- Ability to understand and document business processes and workflows
- Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills
- Strong organisation, time management and planning skills, ability to prioritise and co-ordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and drive independently and drive key activities across a range of groups
Experience/Education
Degree educated with solid Investment Banking experience in project management
