About our Client

Our client is a leading international construction company that has delivered large scale projects in Asia, America and Australia and has entered into the Australia market place in the last two years. Due to significant growth they are looking for a Construction Manager to join their team in Victoria.

Job Description

• Reporting to the Australian Director you will be responsible for Project budgets
• Programs of projects
• Oversee procurement of materials
• Implement all construction systems and processes and ensure all parties are adhering to set procedures
• Report back to all clients on progress of construction projects
• Performance management and appraisals of all delivery staff

The Successful Applicant

You will ideally have a background in commercial or residential construction and have worked in a Senior Project Manager or Construction Manager role previously. It is essential that you have strong cost and financial management skills, a proven ability to meet tight deadlines, management of project teams and have the ability to report back to a Board of Directors on the performance of the company.
