Group FP & A Manager

Twinings Ovo group is a premium, brand-led, global beverages business with sales in excess of £700 million per annum and a presence in more than 100 countries. We are seeking an influential and highly commercial Group FP & A Manager who will report directly in to the Group Finance Director and partner closely with the Board and all local business unit management.

Your remit will include:

• Playing a vital role in the Group’s strategic planning, budgeting & forecasting processes and delivering insightful, high quality analysis and commentary to the Board
• Development of close relationships with regional management teams, ensuring that you have attained a sound understanding of the commercial environment, business drivers and financial performance of the Business Unit
• Leading or supporting on a variety of International projects across the group, including route to market assessments, business restructuring, marketing & pricing evaluations, acquisition evaluations, operational efficiencies, working capital initiatives and risk & control activities.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• An accounting qualification, MBA or equivalent with strong finance and numeric capabilities
• Relevant commercial experience including business planning & analysis skills preferably gained within an FMCG environment
• Previous experience of working with a Senior Leadership team and capable of challenging existing ways of thinking through use of structured and intelligent reasoning
• Advanced presentation skills with a focus on enhancing strategic and commercial business decisions
• Exceptional communication and judgment skills combined with a genuine interest in working in a highly collaborative, International environment where autonomy and freedom to succeed are the cultural norm
