Our client is one of the leading global offshore contractors specialising in Floating Production, Storage and Offloading (FPSO) for the Oil and Gas industry. They work on the biggest global offshore projects and are renowned for delivering the highest quality solutions to their clients. Their procurement division is headquartered in Singapore and they are currently seeking a Head of Procurement.

Job description:

The Head of Procurement will be responsible for:

• Managing and mentoring a team of 40 procurement specialists
• Leading the procurement and supplier relationships for major offshore FPSO projects
• Developing and implementing key procurement policies

The successful applicant:

The successful Head of Procurement must have the following experience:

• Experience managing a procurement department with significant exposure to developing procurement personnel
• In depth knowledge of the offshore oil and gas industry with specific exposure to FPSO
• Project procurement experience on the largest scale projects
