Job description:
The candidate will be responsible for payroll, billing, collections, financial reporting, interfacing with banks and our outside accounting firm. Also running the planning function for the company. The individual will also be responsible for reviewing/negotiating client agreements as well as assisting in RFP submissions.
We are looking for take charge manager, willing to roll up their sleeves and get the work done as well as managing a staff of 7. We use a leading edge proprietary front office search and retrieval and web based time capture system, which interfaces with Microsoft Dynamics for financial reporting.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated abilities in adopting new technologies and supervising the functions mentioned.
