An established global Management Consultancy is looking for high-calibre Manager and Senior Manager candidates to drive forward activities in their operational deal services Practice. These roles will have a focus on consolidating the firm�s esteemed global position and aiding their Corporate and Private Equity client base in operational areas driven by M&A; activity.
An established global Management Consultancy is looking for high-calibre Manager and Senior Manager candidates to drive forward activities in their operational deal services Practice. These roles will have a focus on consolidating the firm’s esteemed global position and aiding their Corporate and Private Equity client base in operational areas driven by M&A activity. You will advise on deals with values ranging from £50 million to over £5 billion.
Key general responsibilities in this division will include focusing on providing support for potential/actual transactions and assists clients in all operational aspects of the transaction, pre and post completion, including:
Buy and sell side operational due diligence
Synergy development and review
Carve out and divestment support
Taking control and 100 day planning
Mergers & Acquisitions Integration
Post acquisition performance improvement
There is strong need for candidates with relevant operational experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail & Leisure and Industrial Products. Candidates with strong supply chain experience from the manufacturing industry will also be considered.
Candidates must have achieved a good degree from a leading university and will preferably currently be working in a blue-chip industry role relevant to the aforementioned industries listed. A strong operational background is essential and previous M&A experience is desirable. No previous consulting experience is required.
