A Glimpse Inside The Mind Of Charles Swan III is the brainchild of Roman Coppola, who, after pops Francis Ford and lil sis Sofia, is the third of his clan to park himself in a director’s chair.

Charles Swan is a wealthy and charming graphic designer who is sent on a journey of delirious, fantasy-fuelled self-reflection when his girlfriend leaves him.

Charlie Sheen, no stranger to riches or delirium, plays Charles. While this might be his first big role in some years, he looked at home on-set, donning aviator shades and a sharp, seventies suit in some photos he leaked online in November 2011.

Sheen’s tiger-blooded charms aside, this film really began to tickle our fancy when it was announced that TF’s favourite funny-man, Bill Murray, and long-serving Wes Anderson muse Jason Schwartzman would be playing Charles’ sidekicks. Bitter-sweet hilarity is sure to ensue.

So what is the inside of the titular character’s cranium going to look like? Well, going on the stills and the saucily suggestive poster designs, it resembles the set of a campy '70s Western where everyone’s always at it.
