We have current and future opportunities for experienced Client Service Leaders: VP - MD within our global technology and operations centre in Bournemouth.

How can you contribute:

• Managing the Client Service function for all products across the EMEA region
• Developing and implementing the Client Service strategy to enhance the client experience
• Leading a large Client Service team across various EMEA locations
• Partnering with cross-functional business partners (i.e. product, operations, technology, client service, risk, Compliance and Sales) to develop a model for the optimal client experience
• Providing strategic direction for the client servicing function including leadership on technology and vendor investment
• Responsible for risk controls/compliance and managing resolution

Essential for the role:

• Client facing experience, ideally with large a Financial Institution
• Evidence of influencing and partnering
• Experience of managing relationships and developing client service strategies
• Proven Risk awareness; regulatory awareness
• Extensive experience in product/sales or client service roles
• You have examples of successfully; influencing, negotiating and mobilizing resources
• You have a track record in leading and motivating others
