How can you contribute:

• Operational management, leadership and motivation of a team
• Leading strategic planning and initiatives
• Implementing key areas of opportunity to improve service offering
• Implementation of efficiency and process improvements to deliver on agreed strategy
• Risk Management and Escalation: Act as a focal point and take ownership for issue planning or crisis review situations

Essential for the role:

• Proven track record of successful operational management within Financial Services
• Proven operational management experience including:
  • Driving change to deliver productivity
  • Maintaining operational controls
  • Active management of risk and control
  • Effective partnerships within the business and with clients
  • Identification and delivery of initiatives that improve productivity and efficiency
• Experience of leading, managing and motivating staff in global operational environment
• Evidence of successful global relationship management
• Experience of managing business continuity, daily controls and recovery planning
