Who can access the Privilege Club?

The Privilege Club is for Financial Times newspaper subscribers and premium FT.com subscribers. Newspaper subscribers wishing to access the Privilege Club must have an FT.com account. If you do not have one you can create one for free here. Newspaper subscriptions are validated using a combination of your customer reference number and delivery post code.

How do I log in?

If you are a premium FT.com subscriber you can log in here and you will automatically have access to all Privilege Club content, email helpdesk@ft.com if you have any problems. If you are a newspaper subscriber you must first login with an FT.com account. You can then click the ‘Are you a newspaper subscriber?’ button and enter your customer reference number and postcode to validate your subscription.

Where can I find my customer reference number?

If you are a newspaper subscriber, you can find your customer reference number and postcode on the welcome letters and emails we sent when you first subscribed to the FT newspaper. You can also find it on any invoices we have sent to you.
