Bill Bratton on suspected gunman Chris Dorner: "He is an incredibly dangerous individual"

As Los Angeles, California – and much of the nation – awaits the most-recent updates surrounding an ongoing manhunt for a former police and naval office, this evening Piers Morgan invited Bill Bratton to share his unique insight and perspective.

A former New York City Police Commisioner, and the former chief of police in Los Angeles – where he interacted with accused gunman Chris Dorner – Bratton offered some information as to the possible current location of the man suspected of killing three people, including one cop:

"He's apparently now up in the Bear Mountain area, which is a very popular area in California for skiing," explained Bratton. "It's very high mountains, very rugged mountains, so if he's up in that area, incredibly difficult terrain to try and explore, and search. At the same time, he may have left his truck there, which was just reported, and burned. But as to, is he still there, or has he moved on, that's unknown at this time."

Rudy Giuliani on the use of drones: "You have to be one hundred percent sure you've got the right person"

As the debate over the use of U.S. drones against al Qaeda and its allies works its way into the national conversation, on Thursday evening Piers Morgan welcomes a gentleman he deems to be the perfect guest to discuss such a topic, Rudy Giuliani.

Not disagreeing with the practice of using "Unmanned Aerial Vehicles" to attack enemies of the United States, the former mayor of New York City calls for precision:

"It has to be done very carefully, very uniquely," cautions Giuliani. "You have to be one hundred percent sure you've got the right person and you're not making a mistake."

Saying that he "probably agree[s] with the decisions that President Obama made" [to use drones], tonight's guest tells the "Piers Morgan Tonight" host however, that he takes exception with what he feels is an inconsistency in perception thanks to partisan politics: FULL POST

Clips From Last Night: LA Reid on "Kimye," Kerry Kennedy on gun culture in America

On Wednesday evening music giant LA Reid joined Piers Morgan in studio for a sit-down interview. The former "X Factor" judge talked about the industry, the Super Bowl and his recently announced Grammy Icon Award.

During the face to face conversation, Reid shared with the host his most memorable career moment to this point:

"Kanye West in my office rapping his entire album to me, just like we're sitting here," said Reid. "Incredible moment, like the highlight."

As for the effect of "Kimye," the romance between West and his pregnant celebutante girlfriend Kim Kardashian, Reid feels the publicity is "great for his [West's] brand."

"He [West] was already one of the greatest – if not the greatest – music makers alive. And now he is one of the most famous. What's wrong with that?"

Kerry Kennedy was also on the program Wednesday night, and spoke about the gun culture in America:

"I think we have to really start with the laws," she told the "Piers Morgan Tonight" host.

Dick Morris on being let go by FOX: "I was wrong, and I was wrong at the top of my lungs"

One day removed from formally parting ways with Fox News, and on the heels of a historically poor prediction prior to the 2012 Presidential Election, on Wednesday evening "Piers Morgan Tonight" welcomed Dick Morris for a live, face to face, interview.

In early November, the widely recognizable political pundit proudly claimed that Republican candidate Mitt Romney would not only defeat Barack Obama, but that he would do so in a landslide. Tonight the 64-year-old discussed the circumstances surrounding his recent firing, and any correlation between his grossly inaccurate forecasting.

"I had a wonderful talk with Roger Ailes [president of Fox News Channel] - who I really respect - a week ago. And he said in this business, you're up, you're down. Nothing is final or fatal," revealed the guest.

"Why are you down now," asked the "Piers Morgan Tonight" host.

"Because I was wrong, and I was wrong at the top of my lungs," Morris admittedly honestly.

Asked by Piers Morgan if he resented the way he was let go by the network, the guest took the high road:

Clips From Last Night: Miscavige Hill on her uncle, Michelle Rhee on paying teachers more than athletes

Two days since the church of Scientology aired a powerful if not divisive television commercial during the Super Bowl, on Tuesday evening "Piers Morgan Tonight" welcomed one of the organization's most-outspoken critics to share a unique blend of insight and perspective.

Prior to leaving the group in 2005, Jenna Miscavige Hill grew up amidst the life first founded by infamous author L. Ron Hubbard and even remained with the organization for five years after her parents left.

In her recently released book "Beyond Belief: My Secret Life Inside Scientology and My Harrowing Escape," Miscavige Hill details her experiences within a religious group often accused of being a cult that brainwashes its members, and forces children into long hours of unlawful labor.

Speaking live with Piers Morgan, the guest fielded questions about the church's current leader, her uncle David Miscavige:

"Is he an evil man?" Morgan asks.

"Yes," came her response, before adding further context. "As you'll read in my book, like, he has both sides, though. You know, like when I was younger growing up, you know, you sort of see a different side of him. But then you see how things gradually change. And I don't know if that was the evolution of his personality or if it was how he, you know, talked to me as a child and then as I became an adult."

Asked by Morgan to explain the worst parts of a life lived within the walls of the secretive religion, Miscavige spoke of feeling trapped, with no ability to make her own choices:

"I would say the worst part of Scientology is that, you know, it's their doctrine or the highway," she said. "Which is what is so ironic about that Super Bowl ad. It talks about how, you know, seekers of knowledge and think for yourself, but you can't think for yourself when you're there."

Tuesday's program, meanwhile, also saw the host turn his attention to the issue of education in America, as Morgan welcomed Michelle Rhee.

Clips From Last Night: Robert Zimmerman Jr. and Daniel Hernandez on gun control

As much of the nation continues to debate the polarizing topic of guns, and firearm legislation, on Tuesday evening "Piers Morgan Tonight" invited Robert Zimmerman Jr. back to the program to discuss the stand-your-ground law in relation to gun control. The brother of the man who shot Trayvon Martin, spoke out against any ban on firearms, noting that when it comes to gun laws, "the reality is criminals don't care."

"Very restrictive gun laws, they don't matter in the hands of a madman." said Zimmerman. "I mean, guns don't fire themselves. And unfortunately I think what we need to ban is turning a blind eye on the mental health crisis that we have in this country. That's what really needed to be banned."

Also on the program, Daniel Hernandez, the former intern who helped to save the life of Gabby Giffords after she was shot at a constituent event in 2011 sat down with Piers Morgan and gave his insight on gun control and the gun culture in America. "I come from Arizona. It's a place that has a shooting culture," said Hernandez. "I've gone hunting with my dad. I had my own weapon when I was younger. But it's a part of our culture that we don't like to talk about and we don't like to really take it head-on."

Jenna Miscavige Hill on Tom Cruise: "Either he does know what's going on and he's not talking about it, or he is willfully ignorant"

On the heels of a divisive Scientology ad that aired during the Super Bowl, on Tuesday evening "Piers Morgan Tonight" invited Jenna Miscavige Hill to share her unique perspective on the controversial religious organization.

The niece of current leader David Miscavige, the guest left the church nearly a decade ago and has since become an outspoken critic of the organization and its teachings.

Well-known for its connection to some of Hollywood's biggest names – including Tom Cruise and John Travolta – Scientology has been accused of being a cult that brainwashes its members, and forces children into long hours of unlawful labor.

According to Hill, Cruise and others are either turning a blind eye, or simply perpetuating the problem:

"I think that either he does know what's going on and he's not talking about it, or he is willfully ignorant about it," she says of the star of the "Mission: Impossible" franchises. "People who endorse an organization like this, I feel like they have a responsibility to know everything about it and know what they're endorsing." FULL POST

Clips From Last Night: Piers Morgan fires a machine gun; Texas AG defends assault weapons

As the gun debate continues to pace and polarize the national conversation, on Monday evening "Piers Morgan Tonight" took the show on the road setting up shop and broadcasting live out of a gun store in Katy, Texas.

Frequent detractors of Piers Morgan have often criticized his personal views - which call for an assault weapons ban - by saying the host does not have enough experience actually firing a weapon. Last night, Morgan shot quite a few holes through that theory, by going on camera and trying his hand with a series of powerful weapons.

Under the tutelage of Jeremy Alcede, the owner of Tactical Firearms, Morgan assumed a seated position, and test-fired a Browning M2 machine gun, a weapon that is perfectly legal to purchase in the United States.

Able to fire roughly 900 rounds per minute, Alcede sighted the gun as an investment which carries a rather hefty price tag:

"These run anywhere from 25- to 45-thousand dollars...depends on the make and model," he told Morgan.

After powering through a full collection of ammunition, and with smoke now circling within the walls of the gun range, Morgan looked up from his perch behind the weapon and asked simply:

"Why would any civilian want - need one of these?"

Meanwhile, with his work at the range complete, Morgan returned to his day job interviewing his guests as to why a civilian would need such a powerful weapon. Joining the host inside the store, Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott offered an explanation as to how it pertained to life in his state:
