Job Description
Reporting through to the CFO, the Financial Controller will operate as an integral part of the senior leadership team. Key responsibilities will include development and management of a sizable finance team, review and delivery of both statutory and internal reporting requirements and managing key internal projects as required.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role you will ideally be CA / CPA qualified with a successful track record of operating at a similar level within an international mining organisation. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential along with the ability to develop and mentor a large finance team. Experience with process development and the implementation of an ERP will be highly regarded.
