Sinkhole home demolition underway

A living nightmare unfolded Thursday for one Tampa family-- a sinkhole swallowed a man as his brother desperately tried to save him. Just three days later, 36-year-old Jeff Bush is presumed dead and his Florida home must be demolished.

The massive (and expanding) hole under Bush's bedroom stands at 20 feet wide and 50 to 60 feet deep-- and could cause the Seffner, Florida house to collapse at any time.

First Sunday in eight years without pope

First Sunday in eight years without pope

Today is the first Sunday in eight years without a pope in the Catholic Church. On Thursday, Pope Benedict XVI officially stepped down and entered a life of seclusion- citing "his advanced age." The 85-year-old is now Pope Emeritus. He was elected in 2005 after the death of John Paul II.  The German priest made his last appearance Thursday on the balcony of the Castel Gandolfo in Italy. His resignation is the first of its kind in the church in nearly 600 years.

Now, Catholics are left asking "what's next?" With 115 cardinals eligible to vote for the next pontiff, this could be the first Sunday of many without a public mass in St. Peter's Square or pope leading the Church.

Amazon t-shirts say WHAT?!

Controversial shirts listed on Amazon UK's website have been pulled after the company was flooded with complaints from Twitter.

The shirts had printed slogans that promoted rape and domestic violence-- with slogans "Keep Calm and Rape On" and "Keep Calm and Hit Her." The U.S. company that prints the shirts, Solid Gold Bomb, removed the listing after it was notified of the images. The company's founder, Michael Fowler, has apologized-- noting the offensive slogans were computer-error and not intentionally created.
