  • How do I pay?
    • You can pay online by credit card, and offline by cheque, credit card or bank transfer. You will be presented with the different payment options available when processing your order.

  • How quickly will my subscription start?
    • We can usually start your subscription within 7-10 business days of receiving your request.
  • How will my Financial Times be delivered?
    • Depending on your delivery address, you will receive your copy by hand-delivery or the fastest postal route. Hand-delivery is available in most major business centres and cities across Europe. To check whether you fall within one of our hand-delivery catchment areas, contact our customer service team.
  • What should I do if I don’t receive an issue?
    • Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will arrange for prompt hand delivery or mailing of a replacement copy.
  • What do I need to do to renew my subscription?
    • You can renew and pay for your subscription by accessing your online account. We will also send you several renewal notices before your subscription expires. You may return one of these notices or contact our customer service team. Please have your account number to hand as a reference.
  • How do I temporarily suspend delivery?
    • Please notify our customer service team. Please allow at least five business days to process your request. Please have your account number, dates for suspension and resumption of delivery. Your subscription is automatically extended for the period of non-delivery.
  • Whom should I contact about billing issues?
  • How do I change my delivery address permanently?
    • Please notify our customer service team at least ten business days in advance or click here to make the changes yourself online. Please have your account number, old address, and new address available.
  • How do I locate my account number?
    • Your account number can be found on your invoice letter. If you cannot locate your account number, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
  • How can I determine my expiration date?
    • The calendar month and year of expiration can also be found on your invoice. If you cannot locate your expiry date, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
  • What is your refund policy?
