A star-studded turkey, Movie 43 is loaded with gleefully offensive and often scatological gags, but it's largely bereft of laughs.

Movie Info
From the twisted minds of producers Peter Farrelly (Hall Pass, Shallow Hal) and Charles Wessler (There's Something About Mary, Dumb & Dumber), comes Movie 43-- the outrageous new ensemble comedy starring some of the biggest names in Hollywood. Movie 43 is not for the easily-offended and contains jaw-dropping, sometimes shockingly disturbing, but always entertaining intertwined storylines you'll have to see to believe. (c) Official Site

Despite all the gross-out humor, the most offensive thing about this is the lazy filmmaking; every shot feels like a first take, and the haphazard editing precludes any comic timing.
It is utterly disgusting throughout.
As a film critic, I've seen nearly 4,000 movies over the last fifteen years. Right now, I can't think of one worse than Movie 43.
How many directors does it take to screw in a star-studded piece of aggressive stupidity and call it a movie? An even dozen, and there is no punch line.
The line between gross-out humor that's inspired and the kind that's witless is fine indeed, and "Movie 43" obliterates it with poop and movie stars.
"Movie 43" is the "Citizen Kane" of awful.
An execrable waste cooked up by a hell's kitchen of directors and writers. It's death-of-laughter by committee. Its title? Because it's like one of those many asteroids out there--a dismal chunk of rock hurtling through an empty void, without purpose.
Being punched in the face was easier that watching this movie.
To fully enjoy yourself from start to finish, it will help if you've got the sense of humor of a middle-school-aged sociopath... For the rest of you, I suggest eventually watching it on your phone.
Absolutely disgusting, nauseating, misogynistic, racist, cruel, void of any common sense...
It's a full-scale disaster, a misfire of megalithic proportions that somehow managed to snare an A-list cast...The reviews have been so relentlessly acidic that it could acquire a so-bad-it's-fun mystique that turns it into a cult film.
The very fact that all gave so willingly of their time and talent to feature in such a grotesque spectacle is sort of endearing.
Be afraid. Be very afraid.
It rather boggles the mind how so many micromanaging handlers allowed their A-list talent to participate in a production that looks funded from a frat-house's loose-couch-change collection.
If you're interested in seeing Oscar winners, Tony winners, and a bunch of genuinely talented people act out the raunchiest, most inappropriate material you're likely to see this year, Movie 43 fits the bill.
Misconceived rag bag of potty-brained skits starring gullible big names including Kate Winslet, Richard Gere and Gerard Butler.
The homeschooling segment is funny. The rest...not so much.
It's tough to know how to begin addressing this swill of a so-called comedy.
Sporadically funny yet terminally stupid...
If approached by friends to see this disaster, feel free to repeat what a wise George Clooney reportedly said when asked by its producers to take part: "No ****ing way."
As it turns out, watching actors who are otherwise likable, marketable and capable reduce themselves to this ridiculous pabulum isn't funny. It's depressing.
This is nothing more than a chance to watch many of your favourite stars embarrassing themselves like 13-year-olds high on illicit booze.
Don't subject yourself to this crap ...

Waste of time movie! Needless to say an amazing cast has been wasted. I mean there are some Oscar winners and nominees in this movie. Which actors read this script and though it was funny. It tries to be offensive, but in this effort loses any kind of hilarity and originality. There is absolutely nothing about this movie. In conclusion not only is this movie unfunny, it is unoriginal, immature, and worthless. Terrible script and unoriginality make this movie far from what it can be with such a talented cast. Do not waste your money on this movie.
A series of interconnected short films follows a washed-up producer as he pitches insane story lines featuring some of the biggest stars in Hollywood.
