Bones For Life Intro Classes with Grant Gibbs CMTPT, Certified Bones For Life Teacher: Starts January 15th!
Learn some movements to improve the reliability of your skeleton. Move, sit and stand easier.
When: First class begins on Wednesday Jan. 15th. Classes will then be each Wednesday Jan. 15th - Feb. 19th (total of 6 classes)
Time: 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Cost: $15 per class or $80 for the series of 6 (savings of $10)
