Article 2 (role of DMM)

Article 4 (about the exhibition of the product)

Article 6 (DMM payment)

Article 7 (repayment)

2． When I receive an objection than a buyer, the exhibitor, please answer it by a predetermined method within seven days. When there is not the answer from an exhibitor, take DMM as deficiency of the exhibitor side, and work to refund a buyer it, and, please let me perform a reduction for the pertinence business than the DMM payment of the exhibitor.
3． When troubles such as the nonarrival of the product occur about the sending of the business product, without the delivery record proof of the exhibitor, become the exhibitor responsibility, and duty refunding money to a buyer produces it.
4． When some repayment occurs, DMM shall refund a fee calculated by the following calculating formula for an exhibitor.

Amount of fee repayment = (the amount of part of making a promise fee X repayment )÷( exhibition product price + buyer burden postage)

Article 8 (fee)
When I exhibit it at DMM market place, a predetermined fee is necessary as follows.
[in the case of individual exhibition registration]
(1) Basic fee 100 yen (tax-included) per 1 product
(2) *15% of making a promise fee exhibition product price (tax-included) per 1 product
[in the case of Add for a Big exhibit]
(1) Monthly basis use charges 4,900 yen (tax-included)
(2) Basic fee 0 yen (tax-included) per 1 product
(3) *15% of making a promise fee exhibition product price (tax-included) per 1 product Article 9 (the postage)

Article 9 (the postage)
1． When the business of the product is established to an exhibitor, the postage allowance that is predetermined than DMM is paid to an applicable product.
2． After business establishment, please decide it between an exhibitor, buyers using a communication bulletin board and a part repayment function about the burden of the postage when return of goods occurred. About returned goods, DMM shall not pay a postage allowance at all.

Article 10 (personal information)
1． DMM provides the personal information (full name, address of the buyer) about the buyer that the shipment of the business product requires an exhibitor for an exhibitor. The communication to affect the business between Tadashi, an exhibitor and buyers shall use a communication bulletin board.
2． When I offer the personal information of the foregoing paragraph to the third party on the shipment of the product, shall have to get consent for a buyer beforehand.

Article 11 (payment)

[in the case of Add for a Big exhibit]
DMM shall pay an amount of money that deducted a fee from a payment and an amount of money that acted for charging by a payment on 10th in the next month of the total on the end of the month on 25th in this month of the total on 15th to an exhibitor in Bank Transfer every month. In addition, the fee at the time of the transfer assumes it DMM burden.
2． When there is debt to assume an obligation (the amount of repayment more than the amount of sale is caused from last teinichi during a period of this teinichi) of the return for DMM at the stage that passed in teinichi, request the amount of money concerned from the credit card of the exhibitor. In addition, may limit part of function about the exhibition when I cannot confirm return for a certain period of time.

Article 12 (compensation)
When a problem occurs between the business of an exhibitor and the buyer, and the buyer side can confirm an illegally fraudulent act by an investigation into DMM, DMM compensates applicable business for an amount of money that an exhibitor should have received to a maximum of 300,000 yen as a limit for an exhibitor. Article 13 (immunity from responsibility)

4． Even if they shall be able to stop all or part of the DMM market place by the exhibitor without the prior notice for the exhibitor by system maintenance, system failure, a network obstacle and an unavoidable reason, and the damage produces DMM to an exhibitor by suspension of the DMM market place, we shall not take responsibility for all.

Article 14 (illegal act)

Article 15 (dispute)
DMM is not the thing that it is again with the agent of which person concerned in any purpose without participating for real business to be carried out among buyers with an exhibitor. Therefore, in DMM, there is not the Koto which engages in in conjunction with any business or the solution to any dispute of the Kojin interval to occur.

Article 16 (change of the agreement)
1． DMM shall be able to change the Hon agreement at any time without getting the consent of the visitor, and the visitor decides to have you consent to this.

Article 17 (the end)

Article 19 (cancellation)
1． When an exhibitor corresponds to any of the following, do it without requiring any notification, and DMM shall be able to remove exhibition registration.

(2) When corresponded to one of the second Article 18 koukakugo
2． When this contract is removed by a foregoing paragraph, the exhibitor shall compensate it for the damage that occurred in DMM because of cancellation.
3． When exhibition registration is removed by a rule of Honjo Clause 1, the exhibitor shall be able to perform no request about own damage by the cancellation concerned for DMM.
