Fees and Payment options
Research Fees
There is no charge to use the Archives in person.
Research requests received by mail, email or telephone will be conducted at a charge of $20.00 per hour, minimum $20.00. Payment should be submitted to the Waterdown-East Flamborough Heritage Society.
Photocopies of records held by the Archives will be provided for a charge of .10 cents per sheet.
Copies of photographs will be provided as per the schedule of fees below.
Photographs and documents can be scanned to a single PDF document for a charge of .10 cents per page. (Restrictions may apply)

The Archives is a non-profit organization. Our operating expenses are funded by donations and fees.

Mailing Fees
Items will be sent via regular Canada Post unless otherwise requested. Postage charges will be determined prior to mailing and itemized on your invoice.
Inside Canada - Minimum $3.50
Outside Canada - Minimum $5.00
Payment
- In person – payment is due on pickup and can be made via cash or cheque payable to W.E.F.H.S.
- Mail, courier or electronic delivery – orders must be paid in advance and can be paid via cash, cheque or PayPal
