    Chef de Cuisine Daniel Morales created a pepperoni and sausage pizza in a 700 degree oven in 100 seconds, producing a crisp crust with a good char. Gracie's, RIT's largest dining facility, offered pizza using a new ceramic pizza oven, reopening today after a $2 million renovation of its kitchen and serving areas this summer.
