Please join us in welcoming Jason Green, who is starting at the Harvard College Observatory as a Financial Associate on Monday, February 1st.
Jason joins us from Harvard OEB (Organismic and Evolutionary Biology), where he has worked in a variety of roles for the last 12 years. Jason is a graduate of UMass Boston, has completed Harvard's REACH program ( Research Excellence in Administration Certificate Program), and is a member of OEBAAC (Organismic & Evolutionary Biology Administrative & Accounting Council). Jason brings with him a vast knowledge of Harvard's financial systems/operations as well as experience with Harvard's Risk Management and Audit Services.
Jason's duties will include all procurement approvals for non-sponsored spending for PCard, Corp Card, Concur, B2P, Presto, and Equipment Asset Management.
