Married At First Sight Australia has got everyone talking this season, and viewers are not happy with Dan Hunjas for his treatment towards wife Sandy Jawanda in last night’s episode [4th April].
We’re now in the tenth series of the dating show, which sees expertly matched couples meet for the first time on their wedding day, and it’s had breakups, cheating scandals and more.
Now, fans are upset for Sandy and angry at Dan after his comments about him not finding her attractive, and them not being compatible.

At the third commitment ceremony, Dan admitted that he was not sexually attracted to Sandy, and she said he often rejected her attempts at being more intimate.
But, the following episode, the couple had sex for the first time, before Dan disappeared for six hours the next day. This left Sandy and many MAFS fans a little confused, especially because of his behaviour afterwards. “I feel like, you know, we slept together and then after that, you’ve kind of treated me like I don’t exist,” Sandy said.
Then, when it was time for their friends and family to visit, Dan went on a long run, later suggesting he Sandy weren't compatible because she isn’t an active and outdoorsy as him.
Fans of the series have taken to Twitter to share their reactions to Dan’s comments. “Dan doesn't fancy Sandy anymore so he's making up all this 'energy' and incomparability [stuff] to justify dumping her. He still slept with her though. Seeing a nasty side to Dan in this episode,” said one viewer.
“So he tells Sandy he’s not attracted to her, has sex the same night and then leaves her not getting ready for a family visit. Like how cruel do you want to be? Sandy needs to run for the hills,” wrote another.
“Dan is definitely projecting his insecurities onto Sandy and the belittling of her is doing my head in. Who does he think he is talking to her like that?” another viewer asked. "Dan = 🚩🚩🚩" another wrote.
We'll have to wait and see if Dan and Sandy manage to make things work!
