I’m really glad to see Hidive getting a lot of these bigger acquisitions but I seriously wish they would use that same energy to fix their apps.

Since ANN articles occasionally have what-ifs in their threads for said articles, here is mine: Were I the main voting share-holder of AMC Networks and I had at least $10 billion, I would invest at least $1.5 billion in AMC. In theory, that would get HIDIVE/Sentai more opportunities to expand their company size. This includes more on-time DUBCAST(s).

Their MBS deal was probably massive for them, which is a step in the right direction. Specifically, when almost Anything Aniplex is going to Crunchyroll and Disney gets to pick Kodansha exclusive shows.

It would be nice if they put more effort in their Amazon prime channel. You can't get any exclusive dubs on there.

I would've loved to have seen them dub TsunLise.

Two new acquisitions, a second season for a series they have, another amazon addition to their catalog, dubs for 3 already ended series, a theatrical release (they still owe the movie they announced back in anime weekend atlanta) and surprisingly an actual simulcast for Oshi no Ko, or that's what I assume although they didn't announced dates. Nothing really big, the cutting expenses on AMC Networks did affected Sentai, we'll see what big news they have reserved for AX23.

You're flying way too high, for net worth of the company or how much James Dolan has.

I was definitely expecting Oshi no Ko to get dubbed given the popularity. Hopefully they don't wait too long to begin dubbing it though because it's my most anticipated of the year.

Goody. I wanted an English dub for Farming Life in Another World; it will make it so much easier to rewatch.

Sucks that reality is often worse than idealism(s).
